Conference Agenda (DRAFT) Members: Early Registration fee of $465 is accepted until May 15, 2013 after that the registration fee is $495. One-Day Registration: $175 Two-Day Registration: $350 Non-members: Early Registration fee of $515 is accepted until May 15, 2013 after that the registration fee is $545. One-Day Registration: $200 Two-Day Registration: $400 *The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch Sunday and Monday and breakfast on Tuesday. Refund policy: All refund checks will be mailed out after the conference ¨Refund of registration fee, less $75 processing and handling fee, if the written request is received no later than May 24, 2013 ¨No refund if written cancellation is received after May 24, 2013 or for no-shows. |
