The annual conference rotates among the NASDTEC four geographic regions.
NASDTEC also sponsors the Professional Practices Institute (PPI) each fall. The PPI is a specialized program, addressing issues of educator misconduct, screening and background checks, and related topics. The Institute rotates among the NASDTEC four geographic regions.
For several years NASDTEC has partnered with the Council for Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) to provide the Ted Andrews Winter Symposium (TAWS).
