NCAEE Operational Guidelines

 

The Council operates under the authority of NASDTEC’s Executive Board as a special committee. The NASDTEC President has the authority to appoint the co-facilitators, one of which shall be a jurisdictional member, and one of which shall be an associate member. A Council report will be presented to the NASDTEC Executive Board at its regular meetings.

 

The Council co-facilitators, working in close collaboration with NASDTEC’s Executive Director, have the joint and full authority over the Council including but not limited to the vision, mission, scope of work, programmatic initiatives, and any operational functions.

 

The Council consists of practitioners inclusive of those that prepare practitioners, as well as NASDTEC jurisdictional and legal representatives, and co-facilitators. The Communication practitioners are recommended by the Council’s Communication  Partners. The Council meets face to face one time per year, with virtual meetings as needed. The Communication Partners meet face to face one time per year with virtual meetings as needed.
