Please Note:There is a recent development in Minneapolis that may impact your hotel billing. The Minneapolis City Council recently passed an ordinance creating the Minneapolis Tourism Improvement District (TID). This ordinance authorizes a 2% assessment on guest room revenue.
This new service charge is currently expected to go into effect on September 1, 2025.
