At the Conference

In order to protect as much as possible, the health and safety of the NASDTEC family, attendees agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that have been implemented by NASDTEC and the hotel, including, but not limited to the following supportive accommodations:
  • Maximum registrations for this year’s conference will be capped at 150.
  • Seating in all sessions will provide appropriate social distance between attendees.
  • Face masks are required inside the hotel and during all conference sessions.
  • Meals will be provided in a manner to support appropriate social distance.
  • Face masks and hand sanitizers will be available at no cost.
  • The Hyatt Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment.

If while in attendance at the conference, you begin to experience any COVID-19 symptoms, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, or diarrhea, please email Linda.Stowers@nasdtec.org or text 270.791.6477 immediately and do not attend any of the conference sessions or events.

While the hotel and NASDTEC plan to provide a safe conference experience, each attendee is fully responsible for their own safety and is encouraged to make a personal decision on whether to attend and participate.

Two regular events WILL NOT be held this year--the Sunday afternoon reception, sponsored by Evaluation Systems of Pearson, and the ETS Wednesday Symposium.
