Early Registration fee of $485* is accepted until May 9, 2019
after that the registration fee is $515.
Two-Day Registration: $345
One-Day Registration: $170

Non-members: 
Early Registration fee of $535* is accepted until May 9, 2019
after that the registration fee is $565
Two-Day Registration: $375
One-Day Registration: $190

*The registration fee includes Breakfast & Lunch on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

EXHIBITOR SET-UP INFORMATION—DUE TO A HOTEL EVENT ON SATURDAY NIGHT, JUNE 1, exhibitor set up takes place Sunday morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. All exhibits should be in place by 8:30 AM Sunday morning. Note that general registration will be open on Saturday from 1:00-4:30 pm.  Both the registration desk and the exhibitor area will be on Lower Level 2, just down the escalator from the main hotel lobby.

Space will be assigned by NASDTEC on a "first come, first served” basis. NASDTEC reserves the right to limit exhibitors to those showing products and services directly related to our mission and goals, and we reserve the right to limit the number of exhibitors. 

The vendor price includes admission for one person to all conference activities, meals, and breaks. Registrations for additional personnel are available at the NASDTEC member fee.
