Advancement and Commitment to Educator Ethics Recognition
NASDTEC and its special committee, the National Council for the Advancement of Educator Ethics (NCAEE), are accepting applications for the newly-established Advancement and Commitment to Educator Ethics Recognition.
With NASDTEC’s
and NCAEE’s intentional focus on and commitment to educator ethics, the Advancement and Commitment to Educator Ethics Recognition is designed to recognize P-12 Local Education Agencies (e.g., school districts/systems) and educator preparation
providers (EPPs) that promote and foster an intentional focus on professional ethics for educators.
This recognition program is intended to honor best practice by featuring exemplars to inform the profession, further the focus
on educator ethics while fostering professional decision-making, highlight a commitment to due diligence in prevention efforts, amplify the focus on the importance of educator ethics, and more.
Applications close March 1, 2026. Recipients
will be featured at NASDTEC’s 97th Annual Conference, June 14-16, 2026, in Indianapolis, IN, and their implementation stories shared on www.educatorethics.org.
