I understand that NASDTEC will be video recording and photographing most, if not all, of the sessions during this event for which I am registering. By registering and participating in this event, I understand that I will be entering an area where video recording and photography may occur. My registration and presence on the event premises constitute my consent to be video recorded and/or photographed and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all media in connection with NASDTEC and their initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising. By registering and entering the event premises, I waive and release any claims I may have related to the use of media of me at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the video recording and/or photo of me, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. I understand that all video recording and photography will be done in reliance on this consent.

Eligibility and Registration Prioritization Statement

In order to fulfill the intent of this event, which is to serve state and federal government agencies, local education agencies (school districts), and universities that are directly involved with work related to registered apprenticeships in teaching, we reserve the right to prioritize available registration positions for individuals representing these groups.

Although you may complete the registration form, NASDTEC and NCGYO reserve the right to deny registrations or to place registrants on hold/waitlist to ensure seats are prioritized for states and district employers. You will be notified of your registration status within three (3) weeks of completing the registration form. This may include having a university register multiple people but only up to two (2) approved for now with a notice of a hold/waitlist for the others until closer to the event date to allow for time for employers to register.

Reception on Wednesday and meals: breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.

Refund Policy

Refund of registration fee, less $75 processing and handling fee, if the written request is received no later than December 12, 2026.

¨No refund if written cancellation is received after December 12, 2026 or for no-shows.
