This webinar provides an excellent overview of current and emerging technologies, websites, and apps in use by teens today. Specific topics will include smartphones, gaming systems, laptops, social media networks, and social media apps.

Additionally, the webinar will describe the various cybertraps that kids face, including: identity theft, cyberbullying, cyberharassment, sexting, sextortion, etc.

Parents will be given specific suggestions on how to educate and supervise their children to minimize the risks of the various cybertraps. 

This webinar is available in either a live or reprise format.

Live Format

The live format is specifically designed for a group who will share a web link and join the webinar at a specific date and time. Participants are provided opportunities to ask questions and receive immediate follow up responses from Mr. Lane. Each live webinar is recorded and remains available to participants for up to 30 days after the live webinar presentation.

The cost of admission is based on the number of participants.

Reprise Format

In the reprise format, Mr. Lane covers the same material that is addressed in the live webinar. This pre-recorded webinar is ideal for individuals and small groups. This option does not provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions. Those who register for this option are provided immediate access to the recorded webinar.
